The Bodrum Castle is a really unique location in Bodrum.

Now you can get married in the 15th century Castle of St Peter, which overlooks the beautiful bay of Bodrum. Afterwards party in one of the world’s most famous nightspots, the open-air club of Halicarnassus with its amazing floor and laser light shows.

This week a British couple got married and had a great experience. After the marriage they had a week-long party for friends and family aboard a traditional Turkish sailing boat, known as a gulet.

how to get married in Bodrum – Turkey:

To get married in Bodrum you will need to apply at the municipality of Bodrum and ask for a date and register yourself. Then at the date they give, you need to be present to marry.
This is how it works for Turkish citizens and I think the same rules are valid for foreigners.

Alin’s Cafe & Restaurant seems to have proven their chances of a successful opening and has become popular among locals and tourists.

Alin’s is something new in Bodrum with really good food at a very reasonable price. They have a perfect location in the center of Bodrum, right behind the Adliye mosque. Their menu is great, with wide selection of typical Turkish and international food. The restaurant is an original blend of classical and modern interior decoration and feels warm and cozy with comfortable couches and chairs. Alin has currently three branches in Bodrum and five more branches are planned for the future.

We ordered the “su boregi” which is one of their specialties. It’s prepared with special butter, cheese and sixteen layers of “yufka” and tastes delicious. We really enjoyed eating at Alin’s and can recommend this restaurant to anyone for having breakfast, lunch or dinner.
