The architecture for KUUM was inspired by the regional beauty, resources and historical legacy of southwestern Turkey and the Aegean Sea.

The Kuum Project is located in Bodrum’s Türkbükü district on a seafront bay. The property uniquely coexists within the hillside topography. The programmatic elements of the design all curve and shift according to the topography and sea views. The resort is majestic; with hotel, residences, spa, hamam, restaurants, and many other recreational and leisure activities.

The Kuum Housing Project, under the supervision of Turkish construction company the Tunçel Group, consists of 37 apartments with sea views. The company offers houses between 145 and 330 square meters. The new Kuum hotel and housing projects opened June 15 and began selling the properties a few months ago and plans to complete construction this November.
