With uninterrupted views across the sea, the spacious dining area is positioned on wooden decking above the beach and the décor is elegant and contemporary with a visible Asian influence. The Australian-born chef creates classic dishes influenced by the cuisine of Vietnam, Thailand and Japan. There is a wonderful selection of sushi on the menu and the focus is very much on fresh fish and seafood dishes served with Asian-style sauces, with several meat dishes also available like Thai red chicken curry and beef teriyaki. The restaurant manager, Emrah, and his staff will do all they can to ensure your experience is one that won’t easily be forgotten by providing an impressively high standard of service to each and every customer.

This uniquely tantalizing dining experience is further enhanced by Saigon Club’s distinctive service – all dishes are served in the centre of the table, making the dining experience a collective one that emphasizes shared enjoyment and discover.
